the sun burns

the lungs burn

and we burn, burn, burn…

The beautiful Colorado Mountains. Not a bad way to celebrate one’s birthday.

SFGurl took spent the day with me in San Francisco before I went to Denver. She treated me to lunch snacks at Fisherman’s Wharf and later, dinner at a super nice sushi restaurant. Good company and lots of nice chats. For the record… the sushi in Mexico City sucks… so it was a pleasant treat to have excellent sushi for a birthday celebration. 🍣🍱🥰

I came to Denver for “citas de medicas” but finished my time at the hospital early in the day. So… instead of patrolling book stores and getting drunk with my friends… time for epic day adventure… I headed to the mountains towards Charlotte Hot Springs. Super clean place… and it’s one of the few “non-stinky” places to soak. Another treat. Colorado aguas termales 🔥💦🥰

and then back to the city to visit friends… I have too many to see on this day… and have too many friends is not a bad problem to have.

59 years… feels the same as 58. A couple more appointments tomorrow and I head back to SF to continue 🇺🇸 life… food and landscapes… we got the best!!!
