There’s much to say about that… things can be worse… and the universe may take drastic measures to save you from yourself… and then points you towards the path that is best… or better… for you… or less damaging… anyways… today is today… and now is what we have.

Lau works in medica… and she set me up with 10 sessions in a hyperbaric chamber. 100% oxygen, for an hour, in a pressurized environment. It has all kinds of benefits… but for me… my healing has been slow and I could use a boost.

Things, good and bad, show up in your life for a reason… people… some people, good and bad, show up in your life for a reason. I tend to believe we have the cosmic choice to tip the scales towards the good… and I thank my lucky stars for that goodness when it lands at my feet.
